Program fee: JPY130,000- 140,000
*Fee subject to change due to unforeseeable situations.
*This program fee includes accommodation fee, education materials, and admission fees for field studies. Not included in this fee are meals, airfare, traveler’s insurance, transportation between the University and accommodation, and daily expenses.
*Successful applicants should pay the program fee by overseas remittance no later than the mid-May . Details of the payment method will be sent after the application is accepted.

5) Application fee *Students from partner universities are exempted from the application fee.

STEP 2: Complete Form and Consent Letter. Download at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ci8LeJEVzIk3WRhJymsBj1CyAaUjVz9M?usp=sharing
STEP 3: Send the application forms to the IA staff email: shorttermatkmutt@gmail.com, And CC the email to the international coordinator of your Faculty/School or staff of your department.
STEP 4: If there are more than 3 applicants, there will be an interview session to select the candidates.
STEP 5: The applicant thoroughly understands all terms and conditions of the program. STEP 6: The applicant completes the application process according to the program’s requirements.
STEP 7: The Faculty/School processes the approval for studying abroad.
