Staff Mobility Scholarship 2025

(Fiscal Year B.E. 2568 | Travel Period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025)

The Staff Mobility Scholarship 2025 aims to support KMUTT staff to build new international connections or join selected international activities that increase the university’s global presence.

1. Conditions and Eligible Activities
1.1. Establishing Collaboration with New or Inactive Partners
  • This project supports KMUTT staff in creating partnerships with new universities or organizations, or reconnecting with existing partners whose MoU is no longer active.
  • Only one staff member is supported per trip.
  • This scholarship does not cover participation in academic conferences. If you plan to attend a conference, please contact the Research, Innovation and Partnership Office (RIPO) for support.
 
1.2. Supporting Students in International Competitions or Workshops
  • The project supports KMUTT staff who accompany students to international competitions or workshops.
  • The number of participating students must be at least 10 students per 1 staff member.
  • A staff member can only attend the same competition or workshop once a year.

Note: If fewer than 10 students will attend, please provide a written explanation and any related documents for special consideration.

2. Financial Support
KMUTT will cover the following expenses:
  • Round-trip airfare between Bangkok and your destination
  • Accommodation, based on the standard rates in the table below

Note: Local transportation costs may also be covered for official KMUTT duties, especially if related to building or renewing international collaborations. All expenses will be reimbursed based on actual costs and Treasury Office regulations, and must not exceed the allocated budget.
