Student Mobility Scholarship 2025

(Fiscal Year B.E. 2568 | Travel Period: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025)

The Student Mobility Scholarship 2025 supports both KMUTT students going abroad (outbound) and international students coming to KMUTT (inbound) as part of academic exchange activities with partner universities.

1. Student Qualifications
1.1 Outbound Students (KMUTT students going abroad)

To be eligible, students must:

  • Be a full-time student at KMUTT with good behavior
  • Be nominated by the Dean of their Faculty/School
  • Be accepted by the host university
  • Have a GPAX of 2.00 or higher (Undergraduate level)
  • Have a GPAX of 3.00 or higher (Graduate level)

     

1.2 Inbound Students (International students coming to KMUTT)

To be eligible, students must:

  • Be a full-time student at a partner university with a valid MoU with KMUTT
  • Be nominated by their home university
Be accepted by a KMUTT academic unit (e.g. department or faculty/school)
2. Application Process
2.1 Document Submission

The affiliated office must submit the required documents to the International Affairs Office (IA) at least 1 month before the activity starts.

2.1.1 Outbound Students

Documents required:

  1. Official memorandum to the Vice President for Internationalization, signed by the Dean, including:
    • Student information (full name, student ID, program, email)
    • Duration and type of activity
    • Host university name and country
    • KMUTT staff contact information
    • Information about other scholarships (if any)
  1. English transcript of the student
  2. Acceptance letter from the host university
 
2.1.2 Inbound Students

Documents required:

  1. Official memorandum to the Vice President for Internationalization, signed by the Dean, including:
    • Name list of foreign students
    • Duration and type of activity
    • Home university name and country
    • KMUTT staff or professor contact information
    • Information about other scholarships (if any)
  2. Program details at KMUTT
  3. Passport copy of each student
  4. Completed application form for non-regular students
2.2 Approval and Disbursement Process
  • The Director of IA will present all documents to the Vice President for Internationalization for approval.
  • IA will inform the affiliated office about the approval result.
  • IA will proceed with the scholarship disbursement as approved.

     

After the program ends, the student must:

  • Fill in an online report
  • Complete the Post-Intercultural Competency Survey

     

Then, the affiliated office must submit all necessary documents (as required by the Treasury Office) to IA.
The scholarship will be paid to the student after this process.

Remark:
Students who receive a full-coverage scholarship from another organization are not eligible for the Mobility Scholarship.
Full-coverage includes:

  • Travel expenses
  • Accommodation expenses
  • Living expenses
